What We Do
Home Renovation: All Services Under One Roof
Every renovation is different. That’s why we always start by listening: what you want to achieve, what your budget is, and your timeline. Only then do we move on to the design phase.
The firm handles:
Apartment
renovations: reconfiguring spaces, interior demolition, new systems, and finishes. From minor repairs to complete overhauls, with a focus on staying within budget and meeting deadlines.
Single-Family
Home Renovation: Detached homes, multi-level houses, and homes with gardens. Projects requiring structural design, coordination across multiple trades, and permit management.
Renovation of Neglected
Properties Have you found a property that’s been abandoned or neglected for years? Before purchasing or proceeding, it’s essential to understand what can realistically be done and at what cost. I offer a preliminary assessment to avoid surprises.
Renovation with a Change of Use
: Converting commercial spaces into residential units, barns into homes, and agricultural outbuildings into living spaces. These projects require specific regulatory expertise.

How We Work
From the initial site visit to handover: a step-by-step guide
1. Free
Site Visit The first meeting is free and non-binding. I’ll come to inspect the property, listen to your needs, and immediately let you know what’s feasible, what isn’t, and what challenges need to be addressed.
2. Analysis and Feasibility
I assess the property’s condition, the cadastral status, and any urban planning or landscape restrictions. If there are any building code violations that need to be resolved, I’ll identify them before they become a problem.
3. Preliminary Design and Estimate
I’ll present you with a design proposal that includes floor plans, material selections, and a realistic cost estimate for the work. No surprises during construction.
4. Permits and Paperwork
I handle all the necessary permits: CILA, SCIA, building permits, Civil Engineering Department paperwork, and notifications to the municipality. You don’t have to worry about the bureaucracy.
5. Construction
Supervision I personally oversee the construction site, coordinating contractors and verifying the quality of the work at every stage. The goal is to stay on track with the agreed-upon design, timeline, and budget.
6. Final
Procedures Once the work is complete, I handle the land registry update, energy certification, and all necessary formalities to properly close out the project.

Costs
How much does it cost to renovate a home in the Marche region?
The cost of a renovation depends on many factors: the current condition of the property, its size, the type of work, and the finishes chosen. Here are the approximate price ranges for renovations in the Marche region:
Type of Work Approximate Cost per Square Meter
Major repairs: €300 – €600/sq m
Partial renovation (systems + finishes) €600 – €900/sq m
Complete apartment renovation: €900 – €1,400/sq m
Property restoration with structural work: €1,200 – €1,800/sq m
These figures are for reference only. The actual cost can only be determined after an on-site inspection and analysis of the property. I do not provide remote estimates because every case is different.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About Home Renovation
Do I need a permit to renovate my home?
It depends on the type of work. Minor non-structural interior changes can be reported via a CILA. More significant work requires a SCIA or a Building Permit. If the property is located in a restricted zone or subject to landscape protection, the required authorizations may differ. Our firm will assess the specific situation before any work begins.
How long does it take to renovate an apartment?
For a 80–100-square-meter apartment undergoing a complete renovation, the work takes an average of 3–5 months. Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the work, contractor availability, and material delivery times. Before construction begins, there is time required for design and paperwork: typically 4–8 weeks.
Can I live in the apartment during the work?
For partial renovations (just the bathroom, just the kitchen), in many cases, yes. For complete renovations, it’s almost always necessary to vacate the property. I assess this on a case-by-case basis during the site inspection.
Do you also work with clients who don’t live in the Marche region?
Yes. I’ve managed projects for clients living in other Italian regions and abroad who were purchasing or renovating a property in the Marche region. In these cases, I serve as the sole local point of contact throughout the entire process.
How does the first meeting work?
I’ll come to you, at the property. The site visit is free and lasts about an hour. By the end, you’ll already have a clear picture of what’s possible, what the challenges are, and how we could proceed. There’s no obligation.
Would you like to find out what you can do with your property?
The initial site visit is free. Let’s go see the property together, with no obligation: I’ll tell you right away what’s actually feasible, what the realistic costs are, and how we could proceed.
