Cadastral Procedures and Documentation:

  • Retrieval of cadastral records and floor plans, as well as mortgage records;

  • cadastral inspections to verify that the actual condition of your property matches the cadastral floor plan;

  • correction of cadastral data regarding both the owner (first name, last name, tax ID number, place and date of birth, registered office, rights, and ownership share) and the properties (address, location, street number, number of rooms, square meters).

  • Registration of a new construction and filing/updating of cadastral changes, prepared using “Docfa.”

Reporting a new construction: the procedure used to register a building, a parking space, or a newly constructed structure, thereby formalizing the transfer of a property or portion thereof from the Land Registry to the Building Registry.

Cadastral change report or update: the procedure used for urban real estate units already registered, in cases of changes in status or composition resulting from building alterations that have led to increases or decreases in the cadastral income or a different distribution of interior spaces. This procedure is also used in cases where a floor plan not included in the property records must be added or updated due to changes resulting from building alterations to the property.
